How is commercial cleaning priced?
Commercial cleaning pricing is based on the size and type of space being cleaned, along with the frequency of cleaning required.
Other factors include the type of flooring (carpet vs. hard surface), the number of washrooms, whether there is a kitchen, and the volume of people who use the space. For example, cleaning a large gym every day will cost more than cleaning an office once per week.
How is residential cleaning priced?
Residential cleaning rates are based on the type of cleaning requested or required and the property’s square footage. For instance, it will cost less to clean an apartment than a small home and more to clean a large house.

How long does it take to clean a typical house?
Cleaning time is most affected by the cleaning type and property size. Times flow from the least amount of time to the most as follows:
Typical standard cleaning takes around 3 to 4 hours total, depending on crew size. With a crew of 2, running time is half of that.
We don’t clean by the clock. Instead, we give you a checklist for each service so you know what’s included. And if you want something extra, just let us know. We focus on completing the list so you’re happy with the results.
How often should I have my residence cleaned?
As a general rule, you should regularly clean up and tidy throughout the day. If you don’t have the time to clean your home yourself, we can help. Our most popular frequency is biweekly cleaning, but we’re happy to customize as needed.
We offer anything from weekly, biweekly, and every 3 weeks to monthly service. If you clean your home regularly, we recommend hiring a cleaning company for a deep cleaning service every 3 months.
If you are moving out of or into a new property, we highly recommend booking a move-in/move-out cleaning service.
Are you insured, & do you have a business license?
Yes, we are fully insured and licensed. We have also won several awards and are the consumer choice award winner for the best Janitorial Service in Southern Alberta.
Do I need to be home when my house is cleaned?
How often you have us come is up to you! Most clients feel comfortable leaving their homes while we clean. We’re a trusted and insured team. And many of our clients who have regular cleanings provide keys or alarm codes for convenience.

Do you use eco-friendly cleaning products?
Yes, absolutely. We use various eco-friendly cleaning products to accommodate every client’s needs and requests.
What measures are you taking to guard against COVID-19 & other infectious diseases?
We always stay current with the required health and safety measures, including COVID-19. Before each cleaning, our equipment is disinfected, and our staff wears masks/gloves.
If any staff members have symptoms, they are required to report them and stay home from work.
Do you clean upholstery & mattresses?
Yes, absolutely. We offer competitive rates for all upholstery cleaning, from chairs and sofas to loveseats and mattresses.
